Amazing and fairly clean hotel, particularly nice views of the sea. The particularly good and perfect location for the price, adjacent to Walking Street Pattaya which host many bars, pole dancing area, A Go go bar, disco and many more, money exchange and Very near to top attractions. Big size and huge rooms and pleasant staff members at the reception desk. Impeccably clean bathrooms.

Great Location, Seamless Experience

We had a fantastic stay at a budget hotel conveniently located right on Walking Street. The room and services were seamless for the price we paid. Everything we wanted to do, including visiting Bali Pier for water sports and enjoying nice massages, was just a few minutes away by foot. Despite being in the heart of the action, we were able to get a good night's sleep with the AC on full. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Grand Hotel for four nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location was unbeatable, with Walking Street just a few steps away and all the amenities I needed within a 100-meter radius. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a great variety of options. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Tidy hotel with decent and attentive staff at the reception desk. Well-maintained and reasonably large rooms with a balcony, food good. Unbeatable location very close to the Walking Street-the most talked about street in Pattaya and easy access to a shopping mall and a market.

What a very good stay, nothing to complain about. Reasonably spacious and safe hotel with a small restaurant and cooperative staff. Brand-new and modern rooms with private bathrooms and coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. Great bed and good service. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location a few steps away from Louis Tussaud's Waxworks.

I was offered a room with PARTICULARLY GOOD views of Pattaya bay and Walking Street. There was cozy bed & a good size bathroom. The location of this hotel just off the bus stop, Very near to top attractions, and the beach during the day was marvellous.

The room was neat and new-fashioned, and contained facilities we needed. The room had a particularly nice view of the sea. The location was magnificent and perfect to sleeping area.

Location: stunning, just off shopping and money exchange, tour guide, restaurants, 7 eleven, beach and many bars, pole dancing area, A Go go bar, disco and many more. New-fashioned room, exceptionally comfortable beds and clean bathroom.

Location: the hotel was so close to South Pattaya for short walk to ferry for Kot Larn Island and the Beach Road and many bars, pole dancing area, A Go go bar, disco and many more. Stopped by Turkuaz Turkish Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue, recommend. The room was clean and had a nice view of Pattaya beach.
